Join Susanna Foo, a two-time James Beard Award Winner and Mongolian-born daughter of a Chiang Kai-Shek army general at TenPenh as they present the Terra Cotta Warriors Cooking Class Saturday, November 21st 11:00am – 1:00pm.  Explore the author’s award winning culinary style of Chinese cooking, and sample the savory flavors of the dishes she demonstrates.
